Dr. Ashay completed his M.S. Ortho from MGM University of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai in 2012. During his post-graduation itself, he developed a keen interest particularly in the field of Joint Replacement surgeries (Arthroplasty). While in the pursuit of the same, he completed fellowship under the aegis of world renowned knee replacement surgeon Dr. Nilen Shah (Mumbai) for a period of one year. The highlight of this fellowship program was a subvastus approach to replace the knee Joint. He also had a chance to participate on an international platform during his tenure in minimally invasive joint replacement surgeries at Paderborn (Germany) for six months. Till date he has performed over more than 500 replacement surgeries and has helped restore mobility & provide pain free life to his patients.
